The Journey

My path started in Vietnam in 2016, when I first stepped onto a Pravilo frame. In that moment, something shifted - not just in my body, but in the way I understood myself.

I didn't just find a practice. I found a language for transformation - one that speaks through the body, through tension and release, through facing what we carry inside.

I went through my own transformation first. Now my mission is to be a guide for yours.

2016

Vietnam - first encounter with Pravilo. A moment that changed everything.

2017

Deep dive into practice, research, and study of integrated modalities.

2018

Bali - building the first dedicated Pravilo center from the ground up.

2019

Training the first generation of students. The teaching begins.

2020

Growing the community through challenges. Deepening the methodology.

2023

International retreats launched. Taking Pravilo beyond Bali.

2024

PRAVILO WORLD Academy established. Certifying masters worldwide.

2025

PRAVILO WORLD - a global vision for transformation through the body.

What I Believe

Pravilo showed me that the body stores everything - our traumas, fears, unlived life. And when we learn to release the body, we release the mind.

I believe transformation is not comfortable. But it's meaningful.

I built PRAVILO WORLD not to sell equipment, but to spread a method that changes lives. A method where the practitioner must first transform themselves before they can guide others.

The body doesn't lie. And when you learn to listen - everything changes.
